Coupon Workshop Time

Coupon Workshops

Have you been trying really hard to save, but can't quite get as much as you've seen on TV? Well this class will be just what you need. My goal in teaching is to make you feel like an expert when you leave. Couponing is not hard, if you know the "ins and outs".

Email me if you are interested in taking a class or hosting one.
                      GotCouponsBlog@yahoo.com

These coupon workshops are for the newbie as well as the expert. I cover a wide range of topics in about an hour and half. I have a booklet that I give the class as well as a stockpile price sheet. In just this little time you will be able to cut your grocery bill by at least 50%.

Here is the info on the class. The class lasts about an hour and a half. It is $15 a person. I have a 16 page booklet that I give everyone that comes. I talk about finding coupons, organizing to save time. stacking coupons, competitor coupons, the website I use (free), making a shopping list, stockpile price sheet, CVS and Walgreens, and much more. I save between 60-70% on my groceries every week here in Texas. It is my goal in the class to teach everyone to do the same. I also have free consultation after the class--to make sure you really get it.

I have a free coupon mini course at this site www.howtocoupon.net This can be used to wet everyone's appetite for the class.

Thanks,
Jamie

Just so you know--I do NOT have 40 years of toilet paper in my garage, nor do I ever intend to....

Kroger Mega Event

This event started Sunday in some areas, and will start Wednesday in others...so check your ad.

This isn't everything this week at Kroger, but these are the things I will buy with the Mega Event

My Kroger  (Fort Worth ARea) doubles up to 50 cents, and triples up to 39 cents. They will double the first 3 "like" coupons, after that it will be redeemed at face value.

If you have never done a Mega event you must be items in increments of ten. When you buy 10 items, they automatically take 50 cents off of each item in that group of ten.

Non Mega Event Item
Dial Hand soap for 88 cents
--Use .35/1 coupon from RP 8-14
--Makes it free (no overage on tripling of q's)

Mega Event Items
Chi-Chi's Salsa $1.49 ea
Use .50/1 coupon from SS 6-12
(Makes it .49 after double)

Spaghetti O's 49 cents
Use .50/5 printable
(Makes it .29 ea after double)

Mott's Apple Juice $1.99
Use $2/2 coupon from Safeway coupon book
(Makes it $1 ea)

Betty Crocker Cookie Mix $1.89
Use .50 peelie
(Makes it 89 cent after double)

Sunny D Juice 64 oz .99 cent
Use .25/1 from ss 5-15
(Makes it .24 cent after triple)

Heluva Dips $1.19
Use .50/1 printable
(Makes it .19 after double)

Suave Shampoo 79 cents
.50/2 from RP 8-14
(Makes it 29 cent ea after double)

Now, I have to work it out to make it increments of 10 and make sure I do separate transactions so that all of my coupons double, but it should be a good trip!!

Cheap Toilet Paper

When I first moved out to Texas 2 weeks ago, we had to go to Walmart to buys some "needs". On of which was toilet paper. My mom taught me that the best toilet paper (price wise) is Scott because it has 1000 sheets per roll. You can usually find it for 50 cents a roll.

Since it was a need and I couldn't wait for a sale I bought a pack of 4 rolls for $4! I was sick, you can imagine.

Well this week you can get it super cheap at CVS. With or without coupons it is a great deal.

The Gas Card Promotion this week Spend $30 get a $10 gas card.

12 pack Scott Toilet Paper 7.47.

Buy 4 packs of Toilet Paper
Buy 1 box of Cheeze-It Crackers (our total must be at least $30 before tax)

Total = $31.88

Use 4 $1 off coupons from SS 8-14

Pay OOP = $27.88
Get back a $10 gas card

Makes it $17.88 or $4.47 for 12 rolls or 37 cents a roll.

Without Coupons You would

Pay OOP= $31.88
Get back a $10 gas card

Makes it $21.88 or $5.47 for 12 rolls or 46 cents a roll

Plus free cheeze-its with either purchase!

So maybe you don't want 48 rolls of toilet paper at your house, you could go in with 3 other friends and only have 1 pack at your house!!

Total Out of Pocke

Couponing in Texas!

Well we are finally getting settled in up here/over here. Couponing will be a little different here. It looks like we will have to hit several stores each week instead of just Publix like in Florida. But here is a taste of what can be done.
We got $6 boxes of cereal for $1.55 each
20 boxes of Hamburger Helper for 38 cents each
3 cans of Seattles Best Coffee for Free
And 1 Bottle of Chocolate Milk for free.

This was done at CVS (Coffee) and everything else was done at Brookshires.

The cereal was on sale for $2.50. IF you buy 6 boxes you get $3 off making it $2 ea. I then printed a coupon for $1/3 (twice) which made it $10 for 6 boxes. Then I had a coupon from the newspaper that said said $2 on milk when you buy 5 boxes of cereal. So the Chocolate milk was only $1.29 making it .71 cents overage. So I got the cereal $9.30 for 6 boxes.

Here at the Missions Training School I am buying a bunch extra of things so that all of the families can partake of the great deals. So don't worry--I don't plan to eat 20 boxes of HH by myself!

Couponing can take hours of time each week, and can be a big headache if you don’t know what you are doing. Why not let the experts who have taken years to study how this is done do it for you. A lot of people start couponing with great intentions, but soon find out it is a little harder than it looks.

·        *  Each week I will mail you a shopping list for your store with matching coupons so you can get incredible deals without ANY hassle.
·        *  You will get the same deals you have seen on the “Extreme Couponing” show, without the excess.
·          * You can expect to get each product for more than 60% off original price!

·         * For $15 a week you will receive coupons and a shopping list so that you never miss a deal again.
·         * No work for you, open your mailbox and go shopping.
·         * This is like the easy button for couponing!
·         * Why spend hours each week when you can just have it done for you.
·         * Check out the Price list to see what savings you can expect to see.
·         * Don’t have room for a huge stockpile? This service provides the minimum amount need to purchase to get the deal. No need to store cereal under your bed.
